"We furnished with first lathe a sub [unclear] to run the [unclear] on opposite side. Our [unclear] are 2 double pulleys giving the right speeds for the 4 bills, for ordering the [unclear] tight + loose pulleys 8 X 2 are run 250 turns. This sub [unclear] sets over lathe, has 2 drop hangers."
