Title
[D8803AAR], Letter from Lawliss and Crawley to Thomas Alva Edison, September 15th, 1888
Editor's Notes
"Seeing an illustration of your 'Mimeograph' in the Town + Country Journal we wrote to the Editor of the T + C Journal for information about same + in reply he referred us to you. If you feel disposed to forward us one of your 'mimeographs' free of charge we shall be most pleased to take the agency for you here in New South Wales + [unclear] sure if the mimeograph is a success that we could do a good business where such things are in continuous use. We hear that the instrument is not yet in the market + therefore write to you direct."
