Title
[D8805ADD], Letter from Samuel Insull to Thomas Alva Edison, May 29th, 1888
Editor's Notes
"Some time ago Speir asked med to revise Van Nostrands Hand-Book on Electric Lighting. I had not the time to do the work, and he then asked Tate to do it for him. Tate Says that he cannot do it, and Speir has again come to me to take it up. ### I enclose you his letter, which explains itself, and in view of what he says, I thought I would like to get your opinion before undertaking the work. Please read his letter, and reply to me by return mail, to #19 Dey Street, as I shall be there before it would be possible for a reply to reach here."
