German Laboratory for [unclear] + myself have recently arrived from Berlin and [unclear] with administration for the great results and multitude of inventions with which you have benefited the world, we are very desirious of having the pleasure of working your acquantaince we would also like to get acquainted with the Phonograph of your invention. We [unclear] take the liberty to adress you with the object to be informed if it would not be for much intruding upon your valuable time to grant us the permission for a short visit. ### Kindly requesting you to pardon this liberty + remain, dear sir, yours ver respectfully," F.C.
