- "Mr. Pratt of Brooklyn has established an industrial school known as the Pratt Institute. He has put about a million dollars in it. Among other departments he has an Industrial Museum in which are to be exhibited all kinds of manufactured things in all stages from the crude material to the finished product, a large collection has been made. An exhibit showing your lamp in various stages of construction is desired. Will you furnish it? If so will you do it soon? ### My boy is connected with the museum and that explain my connection with its matter. ### When will Munn. Co. get their phonograph? ### When will we have the photographs of the laboratory?" [TAE marginalia: "Tate attend to this.
