"Mr. Edison expressed his willingness to take $2000 in the place if Mr. Johnson will do so. Now I have seen Mr. Johnson who agrees to go in for 1000 more and to file the matter up in his return next week from the West. ### In the meantime, please let me have Mr. Edison signature on this list, and also kindly check for the first 10% of the subscription is $200.
