- Title
- [D8814AEX], Letter from Frank W Bushong to Thomas Alva Edison, November 11th, 1888
- Editor's Notes
- The short period in which I have been in your employ has served to initiate me into and interest me in a kind of work which is different in many respects from what I have done before. But I have reasons to believe that my work here will prove at least equally successful as my former. Should a reduction of my wages be an inducement to retain me in your employ a sufficient length of time to form a correct judgment of my ability, I would be glad to have the privilege of speaking with you a few moments.
