- "I have yours of Feb. 16, in regard to the paragraph in Mr. Jenks' letter to you."##I attended a meeting of the Standardizing Board and participated in a discussion regarding payment of expenses. Nothing was definitely settled. There was talk from Mr. Bergmann about the availability of the shops paying the whole expenses but no action was taken.##"It was understood that the shops would bear whatever expense there was to be borne in regard to the standardizing of old material."
