- "I am in receipt of your letter of th 14th inst., in regard to "Polyform." The parties that advertise "Polyform" in America have no right to do the same in Europe. I do not wish to have my name associated with it and I will go to any length to prosecute anyone who does so.##Do not worry about the Gramophone. I have been informed that the Phonograph is by far superior. I will send you a machine that is ready for the market as I do not want to send you an experimental machine, which will not perform as well.##I have cabled you today that I am sending Sir Fred'k Bramwell photos, diagrams, and descriptions of several of my inventions.
