- "I have read all your memorandums relating to advertising schemes and there are some of them to which I cannot assent." TAE explains why he disagrees with some of Gouraud's suggestions and tells him what he does agree with. TAE does not wish for notoriety. ##TAE says he spoke his mind not for the sake of criticism but to save trouble. Col. Gouraud's business suggestions will always receive his attention. Says no to Barnum style
