TAE received your letter 9th, enclosing a prospectus of the Company which you propose organizing, and says he would be glad to invest in your concern were it not that all his money is completely tied up in the various enterprizes [sic] with which he is connected. The investment attendant upon the erection and equipment of this Lab has been a very heavy one, and it is impossible for TAE to make any further investment. He wishes you success in your undertaking.
