- Editor's Notes
- re your letter No. 629, date 5th, it would give me pleasure to address the Officers of the Torpedo School were time at my disposal and talent at my command. During the past week I only have been able to attain twenty-one hours sleep, my experiments being in such condition that I can ill afford to lost a night, let alone a day. # I had a note from Sprague on the same subject and suggested the advisability of having Howell, of the Edison Lamp Co., address the School, re incandescent lamps.
