- TAE and Batchelor think the building is dragging very much. We suppose it due to the fact that they cannot get lumber quick, but we ought to stir them up well so as to get it up a little quicker. TAE desires to know whether you have filed at Newark the contract and the different payments that have been made on the contract, as it is necessary for his safety in case of any failure on the part of the contractor. Please have it attended to at once.
