Is asking whether the position of sprinklers, hydrants, and water mains for the new Phonograph factory is sufficient to meet the requirements of insurance companies. Also states that "I ask this because I think in my own mind they will be much better served than by any system of pumps which have to be started by some one who may possibly lose their head." States that the building will be covered in sprinklers.
