- Title
- [D8818AUE], Letter from Thomas Alva Edison to John Albert Cockerill, October 2nd, 1888
- Editor's Notes
- Enclosed copy of a phonogram received to-day from Europe, addressed to you, recorded by Pulitzer. It was accompanied by fifteen other phonograms the great number of which, owing to improper methods of packing, reduced to chips. Box was delayed somewhere in transit. Since this shipment was made we have devised other means of transportation whereby there is no trouble. [MAILING]
