- e Phonograms containing your letter 13th Sept. and communication from the Bishop of New Zealand and others were received at this Lab to-day. There were only three that reached us whole, and the surfaces of these were damaged considerably, and the other phonograms reduced to chips. It is evident that that method of forwarding phonograms is a failure. TAE will doubtless have something to say to you on this subject when he has an opportunity. [MAILING]
