- Title
- [D8819AAA], Letter from Smith (F.H.) and Son to Alfred Ord Tate, March 30th, 1888
- Editor's Notes
- "We are in receipt of your favor of the 29th, enclosing letter from Messrs. Fitch, Fox, & Brown of this city. ### The lot referred to, seems to be 20 feet, 4 inches front, by 90 feet deep to an alley. The general location is excellent, if it was round the corner on 14th street, it would bring $2.00 a foot, and is increasing in value, but narrow, interior streets are not considered desirable, and we should consider Mr. Edison's lot worth at present prices, any where from 75 cts. To $1.00 a foot. Letter returned herewith." Yours very truly, F.H. Smith & Son
