- "Puruant to request to of President Johnson, the first meeting of the members of the Starndardizing Bureau will be held at the Laboratory at Orange on Wednesday, January 26th, at 8 P.M. The 1.30 train (D.L. & W.R.R.) arrives there at a convenient time. ### The object of this meeting is to effect a fromal working organization, and to decide methods to be followed in the standardizing of apparatus, and other important questions. ### Please attend personally if possible."
