"I am in receipt of your favor of the 7th inst. Requesting a weekly payment on account of Laboratory expenses. In reply I beg to state that this question has been referred by Mr. Johnson to our Executive Committee, but that it will be impossible for us to take any action in the matter until I return of Mr. Johnson from Chicago.
