Editor's Notes
[private letterhead of patent atty] "I have your favor of July 24th and in reply say that I regret the delay in forwarding you copies of the patents referred to in my letter to you of July 2nd. I ordered copies of the patents from the Patent Office some time ago and they have just come in this morning, and I send them to you herewith. The delay has been occasioned solely by the Patent Office. ### You will not forget to send me in a memorandum in regard to the Woodward patent?"
