"At a meeting of our Patent Litigation Committee held on the 16th inst., Mr. Dyer reported the result of his conferences with you on the subject of bringing new suits on our patents, the various shops to bear a certain proportion of the expenses thereof &c. After a general discussion of the subject the Committee decided that they could not accept the proposed agreement in the form sugmitted by Mr. Dyer." Yours very truly, Ewd. H.
