Central station "Enclosed is a list of questions on dynamos, their parts, conditions of running and attention given them, to these add such others as your experience may suggest and cut out such as are of no value to you. ### Many of these questions cannot be answered at every inspection, some will be left unanswered at each report form lack of information as to past occurances. ### I would like to advise that the Mch Wks name do not apear on the printed form as it might not aid in getting the information in every case, Some people are suspicious and imagine the information is to be used against them in some way. I always tell them that the printed forms which the Lamp Co. send me are skeletons of my reports, as indeed they are. ### I shall be in Chester perhaps 10 days longer and would like to have printed forms this week."
