Title
[D8833AAB], Letter from Francis Robbins Upton to Alfred Ord Tate, January 17th, 1888
Editor's Notes
"The German National Bank has laid down on us and refused to take any more of our paper until March 1st. ### I feel sure that Mr. Edison's account is in a bad way and that you are asking favors of the bank, which load us with some distrust. ### The bank has grown worse and worse ever since Edison's account went into it and I cannot help feeling that your account is a very poor one. How is it?" Yours, Francis R. Upton
