Title
[D8833ACZ], Letter from Francis Robbins Upton to Thomas Alva Edison, December 19th, 1888
Editor's Notes
"We enclose a letter from Stern & Silverman; the point of the letter is regarding the giving of a commission upon lamps to Agents. ### I think most decidedly that this should be done by the Edison Lt. Co. rather than cut prices of lamps, and believe that it would aid the business most materially, and that it would tend to the keeping up of our prices in case the patents were sustained. What is your opinion? ### Kindly return the letter." Yours very truly, Francis R. Upton
