- "On Dec. 24th. We paid 1/ 1-2 cents for this same class of rod. Bergman evidently thinks he ought to make about 25% on material which he simply purchases and sells again without doing any work wathever on it. You people are as well able to judge as I am that the profit of Bergman is exorbitatn.
