"I have your favor of April 3rd. With Mr. D. H. Louderback's letter. I have sent the correspondence on to Mr. Louderback. Mr. Edison's pencil memorandum will be sufficient answer to Mr. Louderback, and I think it better that it should go to him in this shape, as it shows him clearly what Mr. Edison's opinion personally is."
