- Editor's Notes
- "I have your favor of the 23rd. Inst., enclosing bill for March. I cannot conceive it possible that it should take fifty-three days to make out a bill of this character. It is important that you should send us bills far more promptly. We ought to be able to get our bills for the work of the previous month, but the fift of the month following. This is extremely necessary in the case of May and June. We close our books on the 30th of June, and we should have all your charges right up to that day here by the fourth or fifth of July, at the very latest." Yours very truly, Saml Insull
