Title
[D8839ACA1], Letter from Everett Frazar to Edison Lamp Co, October 11th, 1888
Editor's Notes
"You will recall the two Japanese-Niwas who were here last winter and with whom we had so much trouble in connection with the proposed plant for the town of Nagoya, Japan. ### This monring I received a cable from Yokohama house, advising that the Niwas report that they found Edison lamps on sale in Berlin much cheaper than in New York. They ask if this can be true and wish an answer by cable as soon as possible. Will you kindly furnish the above information at an early date? I am in hopes that my firm arc now treating for this Nagoya plant and trust to learn that the Niwas are not borne out in the above statement; if such is the case, our Japanese business will be materially crippled." Yours truly, signed Everett Frazar
