- Editor's Notes
- "You will naturally wish to know what bearing we think Mr. Justice Kay's recent decision has upon your key patent. Being anxious to keep you fully informed with all that takes place in connection therewith, I have pleasure in informing you that we are advised that it is almost certain that Mr. Justice Kay's decision will be reversed in the court of appeal. It is of course difficult for me to Give the reasons which have led our legal advisers to come to this conclusion; but they are unanimous in thinking that we may have good hope of succeeding in upsetting Mr. Justice Kay's decision as regards the Edison Patent. I am glad to be able to add that the case will probably be heard in the court of appeal during the ensuing month of November." Yours very truly, S. Flood Page
