Title
[D8845ABK], Letter from Erastus Wiman to Thomas Alva Edison, June 11th, 1888
Editor's Notes
"I am much indebted to you for the courtesty to Mr. Baldwin and my son in their recent visits to you. ### I am greatly interested in your process for the separation of iron from ores and silex, and would like much to see whether it would work in connection with the cyclose pulverizer. ### In accordance with recent directions I propose to ship you a number one pulverizer in the next few days, and woul dlike to know from you the exact shipping directions. What is the address and how will it best reach you? WE will ship it form Philadelphia and send a man to you with all plans and drawings for erecting the same. It is probably the assistant to the president, Col. Dodge, will go to you, perhaps next Saturday. ### If you will answer me at once as to shipping directions I shall be obliged. I hope soon to see you and your good wife on Staten Island." With much regard to you, I am, Truly Yours, Erastus Wiman [Marginalia: "Ans 12/6/88"]
