- Editor's Notes
- "Your letter which I read relative to its palace business I have taken to Dredge & we have arranged since his writing to you to place the apparatus at Vantins & Newbury's Yard which place it was orginally to be put. After looking over the ground can see it would be a more desirable location I think I can arrange the blower &c on free terms as well you can rest assured I will do nothing that I know would not meet your ideas + approval & consult Mr. Dredge in every movement I make." Yours truly, O.S. Wiley
