I however asked him to defer [unclear] so until I saw you-because I did not know whether your arrangements with Mr. Mallory under bring the matter within his jurisdiction I expect to go to see Mallory's plant in Humboldt next week and will report to you on my return east. Arrangements have been made to have the U.S. assign of charcoal [unclear] me workers meet a visit your laboratory in the afternoon of [unclear] 6th I will see you about it personally.
