- Title
- [D8848AAI], Letter from Edward Hibberd Johnson to Thomas Alva Edison, February 1888
- Editor's Notes
- "Can we not get together and straighten this out? Or are you determined to stand by the deal you have made? It is not a matter of money, but of wounded pride. Upon receipt of your answer to this I shall take such action as will for-ever remove me from my present unpleasant position, so that I can no longer be used as a medium for unsatisfactory correspondence. The burial of all my long cherished ambitions in this Phono matter will cost me no slight regret, but better that than this sort of thing." E.H.J.
