- Title
- [D8848AAQ], Letter from Ezra Torrance Gilliland to Alfred Ord Tate, March 19th, 1888
- Editor's Notes
- "For the next few weeks and until the Phonograph business is well under way I shall probably have occasion to send Mr. Edison a good many communications for the reason that for every step I take I want his approval. I shall of course make these as few and as brief as possible, but I would like to have you see that he gets them promptly. Please take them up out of their turn and not let them go the way of the regular correspondence. ### The business end of the Phonograph matters has been greatly delayed and I want to try and bring them up by working quickly. I will consider this a special favor ify ou will give your attention." Yours very truly, E.T. Gilliland
