"Mr. Jesse H. Lippincott of the North Am. Phono. Co., requires in order to complete certain arrangements in connection with his organization, a certified copy of my agreement with Messrs. Briggs and Jacques relative to phonograph dolls. ### My copy of the contract is in the hands of my attorney and not available, and I wish you would kindly furnish Mr. Lippincott with a certified copy of the instrument in your possession."
