"Building is Two hundred and eight (208) feet long-fifty (50) feet wide-twenty (20) feet from foundation to saves. ### Building is covered with 6 inch Novelty siding (2nd quality) and has 45 widows of 40- 10 X 12 lights and 4 Windows of 12-9 x 12 lights each and 9-6 ft. x 8 ft. double Doors. ### Building is lined inside with 7/8 inch (2nd quality) matched Pine and has four (4) 4 ft. x 6 ft. trap Doors in ceiling. ### Total area outside to be painted is 11,070 sq. feet-### Total area inside to be painted is 18, 966 [square feet]. ### All material required will be furnished by the owner. Contractor shall furnish all labor and all tools and appliances necessary for painting the herein mentioned building. ### All knobs to be shellaced. ### All nails to be puttied. Outside of building including cables, cernices, gutters, leaders, edges of loading platform and outside of window frames-Sashes and doors to be painted with two coats of brown mineral paint. Gutters to be painted inside as well as outside, with two coats. ### Inside of building including inside of window Frames-Sashes and Doors as well as trap Doors to be painted with two coats of white paint. ### Roof of building not to be painted. ### All work to be done in a first class and workmanlike manner and subject to the inspecton and approval of the superintending Engineer of the owner. ### SUPERINTENDENCE:- ### "The owners superintending Engineer will at all times be on the work to furnish all necessary information and instruction and he shall have at all times the authority to inspect all work and to reject any or all of same that he may think defective, improper, or not in accordance with these specifications and contractor must replace any or all work thrown out or rejected by said engineer at once, and at no extra charge or cost to the owner."
