- "Referring to your letter on: : closing letter to you from the E.G.B. Co. regarding transfer. I called upon the Co. yesterday + found that, as the matter no stands, only Puskas can vote on these shares, I therefore send you enclosed transfer which please execture + [unclear] by [unclear] mail. In this form I will be able to vote on them + it may be necessary for me to do so on an early day. ### In our action against this Company we are [unclear] to the disclosure of all documents bearing upon the action, power to the com : : mencement of proceedings. They have refused to let me see important documents + the matter was referred to the Court. The first decision was given in our favor. They have appealed against it, which shows this desire to conceal something; which I want to see if I can. ### These two hearings will come on shortly + the general knowing will soon yellow. Mean : : while it may [unclear] you, that I have received suggestion regarding the purchase of these [unclear]. This in my opinion is the only solution of the matter, + when they make me an offer that I am willing to accept, for my shares. I will communicate it to you. I shall not tell my own interest [unclear] they commit to buy yours with the recognized understanding that you will in no case sell your [unclear] I sold mine." Gouraud
