Title
[D8850AET], Telegram from Thomas Alva Edison to George Edward Gouraud, 1888
Editor's Notes
"Please deny statement of Invention that Mr. Bell has invented an improvement on the Phonograph called Graphophone or that I have made any cooperative arrangement with him. The whole story arises from the production by Mr Taintor of Washington of an improvement on the old phonograph; the formation of a stock Company and the use of Professor Bell's name for commercial purposes."
