Editor's Notes
"AS per my telegram of this date the 12 cells of Bunsen Battery shipped by Bergmann sometime since has not as yet reached here. The Coquimbite has failed and we are in urgent needs of the Bunsen. Please trace at once and hurry forward. I think it advisable to duplicate the order by Adams Express at once addressed to W F Taylor Div Opr PRR Altoona Pa. ### Letter to Mr Petit ### Mr Pettit received the letter in the way it was intended and has asked Mr Taylor and myself to go over the Co's lines and test them carefully so as to arrive at some definite conclusion as to the battery power needed &c. He desires this done before any changes are made. Mr Taylor and I leave for Phila tonight to learn more fully the conditions of the wires in Phila City nad laso test wires on Phila size we then will work directly West. I think I can safely say that after we get through that there will be no more trouble to look after. ### Any telegrams or letters sent to address I left with Mr Maguire will reach me." Yours very truly, W.S. Logue [Marginalia: "Ans Feb 16/88"]
