- Editor's Notes
- "You favor of the 22d received. Please find enclosed a copy of the Patent. Will you kindly let me know what Mr. Edison says about it. ### I have just been informed that the Express Co. here has four barrells from Bergman + Co. New York for M. Kiefer, it is so late I cannot will unpack them this afternoon but will do so early on Monday morning and advise you by telegraph if short of anything. ### After fixing up the PRR I think I can get a pass to Pittsburg if I can this will reduce the expense of the Columbus trip some little. ### I see the Scientific American of last week has the Phonoplex Article in it. Can I expect the papers asked for or shall I buy a dozen here. Thursday Friday TATE marginalia: [Marginalia: "So there anything in this patent at Logue's? A.O.T"] TAE marginalia: "Would have to try it to give opinion."
