[from Altoona] "Yours in regard to Gravity Battery recd + will give it a trial ina few days + will be glad to get something to relieve us of Bunsen- ### Our phones are giving us good service so far- ### I recommended the phone circuit an no of from Hbg + Phila have not heard from it yet but think it will come out O.K. ### Mr Pettit asked me about two weeks ago whether we could use it any place else to advantage so I made the recommendation for No 9- ### We have been having terrible warm weather here sfor some days + has nearly laid me up with Cholera [unclear]. ### I will let you here from me about [unclear] Batty-" Yours truly, W.F.
