- Editor's Notes
- "After finishing the former PRR Circuits we left at Altoona three and at Harrisburg four condensers, five or six of the condensers had a series of sheets burned but in each there was enough condenser to use. ### In making up the account of material used I charged full price for the seven condensers. ### The Div Oprs at Harrisburg and Altoona now want Marshall Condensers in place of these condensers, how can the matter be arranged. Will you kindly advise me before I get away from here so I can fix it up. The Edison Condensers cost $10. and Marshall 12 dollars. I suppose I can guarnatee the Marshall Condenser for one year."
