Title
[D8855AAL], Letter from Potsdam Red Sandstone Co, Edwin Albert Merritt, Jr. to Thomas Alva Edison, March 10th, 1888
Editor's Notes
"I have made a trip to Orange twice the past week for the purpose of seeing you but your Manager or Bookeeper has asaid that you were inaccessible at that time. I asked him to call to your attention the fact that the Sandstone Mangtel in your library has never been settled for. As I have sent several bills previously but have received no reply, I assume that the matter has not been brought to your attention, and fearing that your business office may again neglect it, I take the liberty of addressing you personally. ### The a/c is as follows: [bill is presented with ammounts] Please send cheques to: [address follows]." Very respectfully yours, Edwin A. Merritt, Jr.
