"[unclear] me that they will be ready for their third payment propotionately on the first building for Saturday of this week. I will again inspect the work tomorrow or Saturday morning, and if all correct will sign certificate of payment. ### They payment is passed me for the present as Mr. Kruesi [?] had difficulty in getting his [unclear] and forwarded with the work instead of waiting until [unclear] were placed."
