[letterhead of Ruby and Sapphire Draw Plates] The die I received was not Broken, it has a [unclear] strike I think true the center fo the Phono that very might be mistaken for a flaw. I found the edge around the hole dull here ever, also the hole a [unclear] out of round. I expand it however + think you will find A. O.K."
