Editor's Notes
Dictated Friend Edison: Could you make it convenient to come here before the ened of the week in order to examine the Electro-matrix Machine which I have had examined with a view to taking an interest in it. I consider it a very promising invention, and I am very anxious to get your technical judgment upon it. It is on exhibition in the Equitable Building, 8th floor, room 21, and can be seen any day during business hours. But, if you come in, please give me notice, when I shall make the necessary arrangement. Ruly yours, H Villard
