- [from Antwerp] Your favor of the 15th inst duly received. In all the cities of Europe land is no doubt tighter than in America. 40 & 50 sq ft is not considered high here. The Bell Tel Mfg Co paid between 40 & 60 [cents?] for all the land they have. Land can be bought much cheaper in the country but other advantages are not equal. By next mail I will send you prices of land in the country.
