- Editor's Notes
- Compagnie Gle des Lampes Incandescentes Paris 10th July 1889 Dear [-----] Edison, As explainted to [mister?] Tate I was sorry not to be able to stay in Paris tonight for presenting you and Mrs. Edison my respects and best wishes. You will receive an official letter from the telephones, and [mister?] Tate will kindly explain you the ideas of my friends. I sincerely hope that we might arrive at an understanding; however I beg to place one personally at your disposal, and will be very pleased if my services would be agreeable to you for one thing or another. Hoping to have soon the pleasure of seeing you again. I remain, Dear Sir, Yours respectfully, Jules Simon
