- Dear Mr Edison-- I enclose you herewith some papers submitted to me by Prof. Geo. F. Barker, with relation to a new Air Brake. The man who controls this brake feels pretty confident with regard to it, and it might possibly injure Westinghouse very seriously. I understand that Mr. Henderson knows something of the brake.
