- Dear Prof-- As Mr. Tate was going down and would most likely see you. I thought I would drop you a note.##You probably remember me as Train Dispatcher at Fort Gratiot for several years.##I spent a pleasant day with John Thomas in Detroit this summer and also had the pleasure of seeing the "phonograph."##I missed Pitt at Port Huron but your father sticks to the old place--##I would like to know if Mrs Page is still at Milan as I have some Christmas papers I would like to send her##I have not had the pleasure of seeing you for a number of years-- We had James McKenzie in Toronto for a short time but I have not heard of him for some time--##I hope Mr Tate will see you and please let me know about Mrs. Page Yours Truly John Murray
